Henley Beach Continues to Rise as One of New Zealand’s Top Junior Golfers

As a valued member of Team iGEN, Henley has impressed with his dedication to the game, commitment to practice, and ability to keep progressing season after season. Whether on the practice ground or in competition, Henley continues to show the qualities that help great young players separate themselves — discipline, focus, and a genuine love for golf.
A key part of Henley’s development has been the guidance and support he receives from
his father, Nigel Beach. With more than two decades studying health and human performance as a physiotherapist, Nigel brings a unique level of knowledge and understanding to Henley’s journey. His holistic approach to wellbeing, recovery, movement, and performance gives Henley a strong advantage both physically and mentally.
Having that kind of influence at home helps Henley understand that elite performance is about more than just hitting golf balls.
It’s about looking after the body, managing stress, building resilience, and creating habits that support long-term success. Those lessons are invaluable for any young athlete, and Henley is clearly benefiting from them.
Recently, Henley added another exciting piece to his development with a fresh rebuild of his iGEN irons. Huge thanks to Sam Brooks at Club Reform for updating the specs and reshafting the clubs with UST Mamiya Recoil Dart ESX shafts — a premium setup ready to match Henley’s growing game.
