A highly respected leader in junior golf, Lott brings more than 20 years of experience as a coach,
certified instructor, and tournament director. His appointment underscores iGEN Golf’s commitment
to scaling its impact across the national junior golf landscape through elite equipment, structured
competition, and long-term athlete development.

A graduate of the United States Golf Teachers Federation (2004), Lott is a certified instructor with deep expertise in swing development, progression systems, and competitive readiness. His playing experience on professional mini tours further strengthens his ability to guide players toward elite performance.
Lott’s coaching career includes leading the Metter High School women’s golf team to a state runner-up finish and developing athletes who have gone on to achieve world champion status in junior golf. He also served as Director of the Under Armour Junior Tour Coastal Georgia League, where he built a competitive platform that elevated junior golf opportunities throughout the region.
Currently serving as Tournament Director for the iGEN Junior Golf Tournaments, Lott has been instrumental in creating nationally recognized events that deliver a professional-level experience for junior golfers. These tournaments provide critical exposure, rankings opportunities, and a clear pathway from amateur to elite competition.
