Patrick Dempsey, founder of iGen Golf, developed his expertise as an elite athlete and Master Club Fitter during more than a decade working on the PGA Tour. A four-time World Long Drive Champion and Hall of Fame member, he recognized a critical gap in the industry for properly fitted junior golf equipment. He built IGen Golf on a commitment to performance-driven results, focusing on what truly helps young players improve—not marketing hype.

Jared Lott is the CEO of iGEN Golf and a respected leader in junior golf development, dedicated to advancing both the performance and opportunities available to young players. Based in Statesboro, Georgia, Jared brings over two decades of experience as a player, coach, and tournament director. Stephen Sanders
A graduate of Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Stephen is known for his client-focused, results-driven approach across both civil and criminal matters. Sanders now serves as a member of the legal team for IGEN Golf, where he supports the company’s legal needs as it continues to grow and innovate in the junior golf industry. He is also the proud father of “SJ” Sanders, a highly ranked junior golfer in the US, further strengthening his personal connection and commitment to the youth golf community.
Barbara Dempsey
Customer Support Lead
Barbara Dempsey plays a key role at IGEN Golf, supporting customer service, website operations, and social media while working closely with families to ensure a smooth, informed buying experience. She also manages the online #TeamIGEN player cards, helping highlight and support the next generation of junior golfers. In addition to her work in golf, she is the owner of Aloha Allure Hawaiian Dance Fitness, a program dedicated to health, movement, and community. With a background as a classically trained pianist and educator, Barbara brings patience, precision, and a people-first approach to every interaction. Married to founder Pat Dempsey, she is an integral part of the personalized service and attention to detail that define IGEN Golf.
