Jared Lott is the CEO of iGEN Golf and a recognized leader in junior golf development, junior golf equipment innovation, and competitive junior golf tournaments. Based in Statesboro, Georgia, Jared brings over two decades of experience as a golf coach, certified golf instructor, and tournament director, helping junior golfers maximize performance through proper development and elite-level equipment.

A graduate of the United States Golf Teachers Federation in 2004, Jared is a certified golf instructor with a strong foundation in junior golf coaching, swing development, and player progression. He also competed on professional mini tours, gaining firsthand experience in high-level competitive golf.
​
Jared has made a significant impact in youth golf and high school golf programs. As head women’s golf coach at Metter High School, he led his team to a state runner-up finish and coached athletes who have gone on to achieve world champion status in junior golf. He also served as Director of the Under Armour Junior Tour Coastal Georgia League for three years, providing structured, high-level competition for developing players.

As Tournament Director of the iGEN Junior Golf Tournaments, Jared organizes and operates nationally recognized junior golf events, creating opportunities for players to earn rankings and gain exposure. His events are designed to deliver a professional tournament experience for junior golfers, helping bridge the gap between amateur and elite competition.

Jared’s vision for iGEN Golf was solidified through a defining moment—when his son, while serving as a staff member for a major OEM, tested iGEN irons for the first time. After just one swing, his immediate reaction was clear: these clubs belonged in his bag. That moment confirmed Jared’s belief that iGEN produces the best junior golf irons and adjustable junior golf clubs available today.
