At IGEN Golf, we stand behind our custom clubs with a 100% Fit Guarantee.

• If your custom clubs do not fit perfectly, we will work with you to make the necessary adjustments until they do.

• If, after adjustments, you are still not satisfied:

  • Used clubs: You may return them within 30 days of purchase for an 80% (less shipping) refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping and labor costs.

  • Unused clubs: You may return them within 30 days of purchase for a 100% refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • Once we receive your returned clubs, your refund will be applied within 24 - 48 hours.

All returns must be approved by  calling IGEN GOLF prior to shipping.
